Pioneer Barn
Located near the entrance of Roca Berry Farms, this gorgeous 4,560 square foot barn was built and newly renovated to accommodate all its client’s needs. This warm wooden barn houses 2 large bathrooms, a catering area/bridal suite, and full bar while providing ample space to hold 250 of your guests in complete comfort. Imagine large barn doors along the side of the barn opening up for your grand reveal. Having the love of your life awaiting for you beneath a beautiful arbor at the end of a long cobblestone aisle. A large grassy area with a wrap around fence allows guests to wander and enjoy a fresh breath of country air. Wedding Package pricing
Friday = $3250 Saturday= $4000 Sunday= $2600
*Special Pricing applies for Holiday weekends. Sunday price is the same as a Friday on Holiday weekend.
Ceremony area, day of coordinator, bartenders, security, tables/chairs for 250 are all included in the price.
A 10% service fee will apply to hosted alcohol and food, but not the venue.
