Q: When do you get access to the barn day of?

The barn will be yours from 10 a.m.-11p.m. Extra hours can be purchased for $150/hr, ending at 1 a.m.

Q: How much are the handmade wooden rectangle tables?

Our handmade wooden tables are $50/table for renting 1-3 tables and $25/table for renting all of them (30)

Q: Can I bring in my own alcohol?

All alcohol must be purchased from Creekside Weddings and Events, LLC. No other alcohol is allowed on the premises.

Q: Can I bring in my own caterer?

Yes, you can bring in your own caterer but it is a $750 outside catering service charge. We do have our own exclusive caterer that makes all of the food onsite and we waive the $750 service charge. Plates range from $10-$19/plate.


Q: What does my 18% service charge include?

This will cover the cost of your day of event coordinator, one walk through prior to your wedding, setup & teardown of tables and chairs, maintenance, cleaning fee, bartenders, security, access to entire farm for pictures, hay ride, campfire, and the one hour rehearsal run through.

Q: What is the responsibility of day of coordinator?

The day of coordinator is there to help answer questions, assist with where items are located, supervise the event, and assist with anything at the barn as needed.

Q: Can I come in early to decorate?

If there is no event scheduled the day before, you are allowed to come in the day before your event. It is $75/hour. You will be notified at least 30 days before your event, if that is possible. The average amount of time to decorate is around three hours. We also recommend hiring Event Design for your setup and teardown services if you feel you could use some assistance. Q: What is the max capacity of the barn?

Our facility can seat the maximum of 240-250 people with our provided round tables inside the barn for Creekside and rectangles at Pioneer Barn. If even more seating is necessary, private party can rent rectangle tables for Creekside with 300 max in the inside of the barn and another 100 people on outside deck. Tents have also been rented and brought in to accommodate even larger groups by having outdoor seating in the lawn. SDL licensing would be required for such events and you can contact us for further details if your event will exceed 400 people.

Q: How many round tables can fit inside the Creekside barn?

The Creekside Barn can hold 25 round tables inside the barn, seating around 8-10 people per table.

Q: Are linens included? What size linens would I need?

No, linens are not included. However Elite Event Rentals will give a discount to Creekside clients.

60” round tables= 108” round (lap length) OR 120” round (floor length)

6ft rectangle tables= 60x120” (lap length) OR 90x132” (floor length)

8ft rectangle tables = 60x120” (lap length) OR 90x156” (floor length)

Q: How many chairs do you provide?

We provide 250 white folding chairs in Creekside, and 250 brown folding chairs in Pioneer

Q: How many rectangle tables do you provide?

The Creekside barn will provide two 8 ft rectangle tables and five 6 ft rectangle tables. These can be used for head table, DJ, catering, gift table, or any other items needed.

Pioneer barn will provide 25 8ft rectangle tables and 3 6ft rectangle tables.

Q: Can guests leave their cars overnight?

Yes, cars must be removed by 11 a.m. the next morning. Uber does come out to the barn and a friendly bartender can assist guests with directions or troubles with the app.

Q: What if it rains the day of my event?

While we realize it is not your initial vision, Creekside Staff will happily move all tables and chairs from the center of the room, creating an aisle and several rows of chairs to do a beautiful ceremony inside the barn.


Q: When is the final payment due for my event?

Final payment is due one month before your event.
